Conscious Divorce & Separation Group
THE NEXT START OF THE CONSCIOUS DIVORCE AND SEPARATION GROUP IS THURSDAY MARCH 27TH @ 6:00 PM TO 7:30 PM. ~ GROUP MEETS DOWNTOWN PETALUMA
ARE YOU ABOUT TO OR GOING THROUGH A DIVORCE, SEPARATION, OR RELATIONSHIP TRANSITION?
This is a deeply supportive group for men and women going through divorce, separation, and relationship transition pain.
In a safe and supportive environment, you will experience deep guidance and community as you deal with the major emotional, mental, familial and financial changes that can be brought on by a divorce or separation.
You are not alone in this process. And I want you to know, I’ve been there myself and come through the other side into true love and happiness.
This process can be profoundly painful and evoke every tendril of loss, separation, frustration, sadness, discontentment, betrayal, and identity issues that lay dormant within us and unresolved.
The power of every separation and divorce holds within its journey the ability to launch us directly into the heart of these issues and feelings. We can confront them, open to them, work through them and ultimately feel triumphant as we reclaim our live. You will grow in strength, inner resources, empowerment and deep care from the hearts of others. This leads to an evolved new sense of self identity, relationship, and fulfillment, and my heart deeply wishes that for you and knows it is yours with the work of looking at these issues together with others.
This ongoing weekly support group provides a safe environment to embark on this powerful transformative journey. You will:
-share stories of loss, sadness, and non-fulfillment from each participant’s unique perspective;
-learn about unconscious and unwanted patterns and behaviors.
-address feelings of loss, anxiety, depression, guilt, hurt, anger, sorrow and many other feelings often cracked open when such monumental shifts happen.
-use interpersonal and group practices to begin to heal the split between the projected desire of the relationship and the reality of the relationship.
-recover the lost or disowned pieces of self so you can heal and develop a sense of wholeness and self-worth.
-look at the culture’s (including ancestral) relationship to loss and endings;
-address the impact of the transition on family and children and ways to address issues that may arise; fears of and longings-for new relationships;
-explore feeling of loneliness and abandonment issues.
