What Therapy Offers Adults

The therapeutic environment and process invites and allows you a completely safe space to be heard, deeply, truly listened to and completely seen for who you really are. Through this collaborative process, we begin to understand more clearly the struggles, stories and conditions that bring you in to a deeper look and relationship with all that you are. I listen from a deeply intuitive place in order to really hear, and help you skillfully decipher the deeper unspoken challenges, dilemmas, and patterns that you have been living with. Our meetings initially will help build trust that allows our work and your unfolding within it to occur naturally and organically on its own rhythm, and to be a true expression of what is most important to the real you. Over time as we connect more deeply with what is, an opening begins to happen that shores up what has been held back, laid aside or forgotten about. The muddy waters of confusion, crisis, relationships or trauma, provide you opportunities to grow, deepen, and open to fundamental changes wanting to be born and live fully and deeply in your life – like the lotus flower which grows in murky waters and becomes an amazing pristine creation.

Therapy offers you the opportunity to deepen and look more closely at your relationship with yourself; the painful repeating patterns, the judgments, the moods, the body patterns, the mind stories and the stuck or dead places. In this discovery process, I support, invite, and assist you in developing compassion, acceptance, creativity and the capacity to listen, open and understand more truly your deepest heart, unfulfilled dreams, and unmet longings. In this listening space a natural arising wisdom and intelligence organically emerges out through you that directs the process of exactly where to go, how, when, and so on. As our work progresses this growing awareness and an ease in listening to it starts to shore up a truer to you voice that accompanies the beginning of deep shifts and changes in your relationship with yourself, your loved ones, and therefore your world.
